In 2015 census Heidelberg's population was 156,257, and a quarter of its population being students. So this town well-known as "College Town" as well.
Nowadays Heidelberg is one of tourist destination in Germany, due to its romantic cityscape, including Heidelberg Castle, the Philosophers' Walk, and the baroque style Old Town.
